Casual skinnies with a peplum on the weekend

Today we decided to finally go and visit Arts on Main ... I've been wanting to go there on the weekend after being taken there for lunch last year on Secretaries Day.

Finally, we went.  I saw some lovely items and came away with some cool ideas to make for the house.  There are a few items I'm considering returning for ... but I'll mull it over a little longer.

There was an interesting array of food on offer and many colourful characters about.  Schatz and I both love old buildings, so the architecture really appealed to us and we enjoyed the display that was on at Goethe on Main.

Ray bans and Avon earrings

skinny-ish jeans, peplum and wedges
Details : Jeans : Woolworths | Peplum Top : Mr Price | Wedges : Bellini | Earrings : Avon | Shades : Ray Bans | Bangles : Miladys

As you can see I'm desperately in need of a cut (the clipped up hair more that twice in a week is a big telltale sign).  My hairdresser has been on leave the past week, so I can't wait to see her this week.  I'm now wondering what to do with it ...maybe something like this

or ... ?? not sure, but I'll come up with something, worst case, I'll just get it trimmed.  But in the back of my mind, I seem to stuck on a style go round.  Suggestions?

Hope your weekend was fabulous!

  1. The peplum top looks so good on you. Emphasizing your womanly curves is very attractive.

  2. Wendy, I love that haircut you're considering. I would love to wear bangs except for my stoopid hairline cow licks.

That peplum is so lovely, and very cool paired with jeans. It look like it would go from the office to a cocktail party to date night, no problem!

That's a really cute (and sexy) hair-do! Definitely a yes for me!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment - I love hearing others feelings and appreciate your time. Please be honest - BUT kind.

Have a fabulous day now and I'll be coming round to visit you as soon as I can.

Thanks again, Wendy
