Bag : A little satchel that Taryn was throwing out some years back.  Its great for the basics - purse, phone, tissues and lipstick.

THE DAY PLAN : I hit the gym for a 20 minute 'weight loss' session on the treadmill first thing in the morning.  The best part - was that the pain from my elbows to the base of my skull had disappeared by the time I headed out!! What a bonus.

When I got home, I got side-tracked with some work at my desk and only showered after I'd collected my nephew from his exam.  My sister and bil were both busy on other sides of the city, so they asked if I could collect him. 

After collecting Jarod from school, we headed to the local shopping centre to get the daily goodies for lunch etc. and then I popped into the local Chinese store to look for Tommy's for the boys and ended up getting Jarod a pair of trainers as well.  He started gym and was working out in Van look-a-likes. 

I made a great fruit salad for dessert which we had with ice cream.  The blueberries were out of this world!!  I also gave Lynn ingredients for them to share in the joy.

Now, its back to the tidying and sorting that is happening around my home.  Being home based is wonderful!  I'm getting to get so much sorted out and I'm loving it.

THE VERDICT : The dress is one I bought for R99,00 from Ackermans.  I think I may down size it a little when I'm feeling adventurous.  Its comfortable and casual and something to run around in.  Schatz didn't like it that much - he said I looked very casual!?  You can't impress them all, all of the time ... but Felicia liked it and Lynn said it looked like a t-shirt - to which I answered that yes, it basically is a t-shirt.  I think I'll keep it for weekend wear when we're near water - maybe more appropriate for that kind of scenery.  So guess what - I'm now on the hunt for another striped dress ;-).  I have been looking but have not found the right sized colour and stripe.
