Its already Monday morning and if you look closely, you'll notice that I still look half asleep. My goodness, despite a good nights sleep, I'm struggling to feel awake the past week or so. Very odd feeling.
But, it's a beautiful sunny morning, its another Monday and here we go ... lets see if we can take over the world.
I'm not totally sure about the cut of this top ... after skimming over the ebook I downloaded at How to look good, I think this may a recommended style and the sleeve is a Kimono style. I quite like it, however, I think the angle at which this photo was taking may be a little off, or I think the width of the belt is a bit too much. It came with a tan coloured belt, but I felt that the black was better suited. I also like that is can with a cami attached and looped into the shouder seam.
I have had to remove the necklace though as it was hooking on my top ... :-(
What I like about this top is that I can wear it with a host of items and it will go great for weekend wear and even on the beach or poolside. I don't know when I'll be doing beach, but poolside should be fairly soon.

ReplyDeleteThe blues are so pretty on you, Wendy. I think this top is very versatile. I know from firsthand experience that sometimes an outfit looks much better in person than it does in photos - and once in a while better in photos than it looked in person...lol.

DeleteI have a similar belt, and I've never worn it because it never seems to work for me and my short, curvy torso. (I guess I need to donate it, huh?) I love the colors and pattern of this top.
