Denim Delight

Bold jacket : R159.99

These items are from Ackermans (now how many of my South African readers raised their eyebrows?).
I have not had a chance to pop into a store to check them out, but let me say,
at times their quality is rather impressive and their prices really are hard to beat.

On their site, their stylist says this :

Denim can take you anywhere – it’s all about attitude and the right accessories.
Which I quite agree with.

Denim can be dressed up so nicely, providing its not dirty and faded.
I’m thinking of the yellow jacket with a flowy sun dress …
Capris and funky sandals ….
Even to work with a frilly/lace top and a pencil skirt.

Pencil skirt : R89.99

Denim jacket : R179.99

Will you be doing denim this spring?

  1. I love the yellow jacket and agree that it would be lovely with a flowery wide skirt.

  2. We are in the final third of our summer here in the US and its been far to hot to wear any denim. I'm looking forward to fall wardrobe and the thrifted denim Gap jacket I found will be tops on my list to wear!

  3. I have entirely too much denim in my closet and am working on adding color and other light weight fabrics for below the waist. Denim is so versatile and it never gets old!

  4. Oh Ilove the skirt. Bought a wonderful denim shirt there this winter - nicely shaped and soft and just great.
