Secretaries Day

I considered a fierce shift dress, but then woke up feeling more relaxed, so decided against it.  The weather was stunning again today, pity we were stuck in the office for the morning, but a beautiful bouquet was delivered which just brightened up the entire morning and my office.

Our bosses treated us to lunch at Arts on Main.  The service was okay, the food not too bad, but the company was entertaining, especially the two sisters who work together. I'm looking forward to exploring the place again on the weekend when all the stalls are operational ... it's just in a dodgy part of town, but we'll brave it all the same.  I believe there are some interesting stalls to explore and the gallery looked rather interesting, but we did not have time to take a look.

Lunch was a rump steak with chips and a mushroom sauce, followed by a divine cuppaccino and ice cream and chocolate sauce.  We spent a good three hours at lunch, then headed back to the office and I finished off our month-end report.

 Top : Truworths
Skirt : Nada
Sandals : Truworths
Belt : Mr Price
Pearls : Edgars
Bracelet : Charlotte Russe
I've been waiting patiently for almost two months to wear this top ... finally, today I decided it was the day.

I think this top would look gorgeous with a soft coloured pleated skirt ... I think I saw just the one I need at Exact yesterday ... ;-)

I am starting to get really excited about my upcoming photography course ... I am a visual learner - manuals are for other people, I need to 'see' how to do stuff, then it sticks ... for example being shown how to get my speedlight to operate as a slave ... I get so excited when I 'get it'.  So I'm really looking forward to learning much more.  One day, I hope to get to work on a set with someone of the stature of Matthew Jordan Smith ... when I read his blog and he mentiones 'his crew', I'm quite blown away by it.  The behind the scenes pics have me right up against the screen here ... aaaah, just to hang out with him for a day would be fantastic.

Well, on that note, I'm heading off of here.  Hope you had a stunning day ... remember,

be You, be Fabulous
