Pretty inspiration

First off, if you don't read Jeans blog, Extra Petite, I highly recommend it, especially if you're petite, or not.  I'm not petite, but find her style delightful (double thumbs up Shybiker - she's so feminine).

A while back, shortly after finding her blog, I saw this post and fell in love with the lace print tee.  I asked Taryn if she could find it for me, and she did ... and after waiting a week, I finally wore it today. 

I was told I looked snazzy today - I sure did feel it, especially since I did not do much more than shower, dress and brush my hair yesterday - total contrast.

I'm looking forward to styling this with other items in my wardrobe.

The weather here has been fabulous and we saw the start of the Rugby World Cup this past week.  It was wonderful to see people of all races supporting our Boks.  5 years ago I'd never have believed I'd see the sights I did these past few days, South Africans of all colours wearing the green 'n gold ... it almost gives me hope for this beautiful country.

I watched part of our first match on Sunday morning and was really disappointed in our boys, despite their win, they appeared rather amaturish, especially consider they are the holders of the Cup and I really did not feel that they were the better team out on the field.  But, we'll stick with them anyway and keep the flags flying and hope it was just a bit of a rocky start to the tournament.
