It's time ...

So I picked myself up and dusted myself off and I’m back on the road, and my old sassy self is starting to poke her head out of hiding. It’s time!!

I’ve spent the last two weeks listening to some teachings while I drove to and from work and lemme say, it’s just what I needed … sorta forgot how much time is lost in the traffic listening to the drivel of the ‘morning drive team’. I used to listen to teachings or music most mornings, but it just fell away and I realise it helped so much and keeps me where I belong and focussed on what really counts in my life and world … no wallowing in my own self pity and becoming more and more discontent. Thanks to Ron and to G-man for purchasing the cd’s.

I believe that healing always comes when it’s needed, you just got to be real enough with yourself to acknowledge what’s really going on inside and be open to hearing and accept it … I got my dose of it.

I also realised that life happens while we switch off for a moment and good habits fall away too easily and quickly and when you get back into the habits that are fulfilling and energising (and I’m not talking about exercise either) you come to understand how you fell so far off your wagon ;->

Offended! Shew, so easy to be offended and let it grow and grow and grow and it eats away at you … weird that I’d learnt about offence three years ago, yet found myself back in a state of defence due to an offence … and it’s so not worth it. But I’m feeling ‘healthy’ again, revived, reassured, reminded of why not to take offence, rejuvenated – within myself, my life and my spirituality … and darn, it feels so so sooooooooooooooo gooooooooooooooooddddddddddddddd.

  2. Yes, I'm glad things are better.

When I drove to work, I always used the morning to alternate between listening to National Public Radio and enjoying the silence and solitude. Now that I take the subway, I'm glad not to have to drive anymore but I often miss that time.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment - I love hearing others feelings and appreciate your time. Please be honest - BUT kind.

Have a fabulous day now and I'll be coming round to visit you as soon as I can.

Thanks again, Wendy
